About Me
I began working with the subtle body when I was 15 years old as a recipient of some of the most "out there" stuff I could have ever imagined. It worked. It became part of my daily life, I learned, I healed, I watched others heal and be healed, and I have come believe that our bodies and souls have far greater capacity to care for us than we allow them. However...I have learned that these amazing tools don't even begin to compare to what already lies within us. I consider my role to be facilitator. Not healer, not expert, not guru. I facilitate growth, opening, and healing of myself, and perhaps share some of what I have learned. Not to heal you. The healer IS you.
It is my desire to share the information I am gleaning on my own path of study, that is, healing from the perspective of an embodied soul.
In fact, my professional life now completely ties into that personal and sacred passion to learn the wisdom of the body and the soul's interconnectedness.
This information and guidance is offered to those who seek healing from physical illness, emotional and physical trauma, toxic thinking or struggles of the soul.
I view awakening to aligning with the soul’s purpose as vital to being a healthy human being.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I have a Doctor of Divinity degree from the American Institute of Holistic Theology. I have studied Applied Kinesiology, Touch for Health, Clinical Aromatherapy, Feldenkrais, Midwifery, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Acutherapy, Shiatsu, Pathology, Russian Massage, Polarity Therapy, Ortho-Bionomy, Grief Ritual Facilitation, Applied and Functional Anatomy, Feng Shui, Advanced Perceptual and Energetic Skills, Auriculotherapy, Reiki, Thai Yoga Massage, Ayurvedic bodywork, CranioSacral Therapy, Compassionate Inquiry, SomatoEmotional Release, Death & Dying Doula Training, Somatic Voice Therapy…
